Spotlight on January

     Spotlight on January:

Olivia Bard’s travel and cultural collections add more than a little spice to a dull and grey January.

Richly  inspired by hot climates, intrigue and atmosphere from the bustle of the souks and bazaars.

The tones and architecture of a Moorish landscape come together in a calming palette with the new Calm Bazaar collection.

Creatively shot and accentuated with key collection colours of

Cardamom, Ocean and Spice into ombre walls which complement the eye-catching collection.

Each individual fabric depicts a wealth of sumptuous textures, handcrafted details and quirky features, such as jacquard weaving, hand block printing and embroidery.

From vibrant ikat weaves seen in the Samarkand fabric, to the lattice print motifs of the Marrakesh design, each decorative fabric is woven in a wonderful choice of yarns, including richly textured cotton and silk blends for use on a variety of upholstery and soft furnishing applications.

Calm Bazaar is the latest collection of fabrics and decorative tiebacks for 2016.

Showcased at Decorex International, with a fantastic reception from designers, bloggers and consumer alike,

the new range presents a beautifully distinctive and eclectic selection of fabrics, curtain poles and tiebacks.

Celebrating the drama and visual commotion of an eastern marketplace, Calm Bazaar is richly inspired by the intrigue of the spice route, alongside the pattern and colour of the bustling Arabic souks.

Offered in a serene palette of china blue tones, the eye-catching collection is paired with bold plum, chartreuse and ruby red hues to create a modern look within the realm of the home. Designed in the UK, with all the printed fabrics printed also in house from Haddow Digital, each individual fabric depicts a wealth of sumptuous textures, handcrafted details and quirky features, such as jacquard weaving, hand block printing and embroidery.
